It has been reported that Hillary Duff will join Gossip Girl for a multi-episode arc in Season 3.

Well here are Hilary Duff and co-star Penn Badgley photographed on the Manhattan set of Gossip Girl on Tuesday.

Season 3 will premiere next month.
