The cast of Gossip Girl is now back to work for their Season 3 episodes. It will debut on September 14 this year and Yes you read it right! The actress-designer-pop singer Hillary Duff will be joining the Gossip Girl gang for a multi-episode arc.

Hillary will play as the role of Olivia Burke, a movie star who enrolls at New York University in search of a traditional college experience. She’ll be Vanessa’s roommate (Jessica Szohr) .

Olivia just wants to date a normal guy. Lucky for her, Dan doesn’t know who she is and wants to hook up with her. Oooh. Get ready for some Dan-olivia sweenesst!

Hilary Duff will debut on Gossip Girl in this season’s fourth episode, October 5.
